REFUND POLICY FOR NON-SALE ITEMS:

CREDIT NOTE ONLY: REFUNDS FOR NON-SALE ITEMS ARE ISSUED AS A CREDIT NOTE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

TIMEFRAME: CREDIT NOTE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

CONDITION: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SOLD, WITH NO SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, OR ALTERATIONS.

REQUIREMENTS: TO PROCESS A CREDIT NOTE, THE ORIGINAL TAG AND PURCHASE SLIP/INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED. IF EITHER THE TAG OR THE SLIP/INVOICE IS MISSING, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE OR PROCESS AN EXCHANGE.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR NON-SALE ITEMS:
