REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

AT HERMOSA EVENING | BOUTIQUE COLLECTION, WE AIM TO PROVIDE THE BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW OUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY BELOW:

REFUND POLICY FOR NON-SALE ITEMS:

  • CREDIT NOTE ONLY: REFUNDS FOR NON-SALE ITEMS ARE ISSUED AS A CREDIT NOTE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

  • TIMEFRAME: CREDIT NOTE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

  • CONDITION: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SOLD, WITH NO SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, OR ALTERATIONS.

  • REQUIREMENTS: TO PROCESS A CREDIT NOTE, THE ORIGINAL TAG AND PURCHASE SLIP/INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED. IF EITHER THE TAG OR THE SLIP/INVOICE IS MISSING, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE OR PROCESS AN EXCHANGE.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR NON-SALE ITEMS:

  • EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS AS CREDIT NOTES (ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE TAG AND SLIP/INVOICE).

  • EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE.

SALE ITEM POLICY:

  • FINAL SALE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CLEARANCE ITEMS AND ARE SOLD ON A NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE BASIS.

  • NO EXCEPTIONS: SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE PURCHASED AS IS.
